Enviraz Surveys Ltd has over 20 years' experience in the asbestos industry; we are industry experts in managing the risks posed by asbestos in all types of commercial and residential properties. Our extensive level of expertise enables us to offer sensible solutions to all your asbestos problems. With a team of 30 direct staff we are well placed to facilitate contracts of any size and complexity.
Our flexibility, experience and reliability has been rewarded over the years with a high level of returning clients and the formation of strong, long-term client relationships. This in turn has allowed the company to substantially grow to become one of the largest surveying and consultancy organisations in the UK.

We are committed to the highest standards of health, safety and quality and hold the (UKAS) United Kingdom Accreditation Service Inspection body status (ISO/IEC 17020:2012) for all survey classifications, RE-inspections and priority risk assessments.

We also hold the UKAS accreditation for Laboratory testing (ISO/IEC 17025:2005) for ASBESTOS IN BULK MATERIALS, ASBESTOS IN SOILS and LOOSE AGGREGATES (fibre screening and identification) and ASBESTOS IN SOILS AND LOOSE AGGREGATES (screening/identification/ quantification) - Only a handful of inspection bodies in Scotland hold this combination of accreditation, which should give our existing and potential clients additional reassurance in terms of our quality control procedures and recognized management systems.
