Asbestos containing materials are subject to potential damage and disruption. If asbestos containing materials become damaged or disturbed, it is more likely to become a hazard to health, therefore it should be inspected at regular intervals to ensure its condition has not deteriorated - AT LEAST ANNUALLY - BY A COMPETENT PERSON!
Re-inspection surveys are undertaken when an existing asbestos register is already in place. Our asbestos surveyor will use the existing information to locate the previously identified asbestos containing materials and re-assess the condition and surface condition of the material. The survey report will include new photographs of the materials along with updated assessments and recommendations.
